Product & Interface Overview
This is a great overview of Velocity Inventory for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions' Interface in order to introduce to you the application's look and feel, and also the very simple and user-friendly navigation.
Inventory Overview
Velocity Inventory has a number of basic inventory manipulation functions. The Add Inventory function is typically used for populating beginning inventory levels during start up, or any situation where an item needs an initial count and subsequent quantity to be entered in the system. The inventory adjustment function is typically used for Cycle Count adjustments to inventory.
Sales Order
Sales Orders are created in Enterprise Solutions and subsequently imported automatically into Velocity Inventory through the Enterprise Solutions Web Connector interface. Within Velocity Inventory, the sales order is picked and shipped and Invoice is created and sent back to Enterprise Solutions automatically through the same interface.
Sales Order on Mobile Handheld Device/ Bar code scanner
Launch the Sales Order transaction, which can also be conducted on the mobile handheld device. This Demo is very Interactive, and will give you a very comprehensive overview of the Sales Order process on the mobile device.
Purchase Order
Purchase Orders are created in Enterprise Solutions and subsequently imported automatically into Velocity Inventory through the Enterprise Solutions Web Connector interface. Within Velocity Inventory, the Purchase order is received and put away and Bill is created and sent back to Enterprise Solutions automatically through the same interface.
