How do I pay my montly bill? |

We have made this process pretty simple as well as insanely secure for you. We don’t collect your Credit Card information. We don’t want to be responsible for it. Instead we use the very well respected Google Checkout product.
 This is how it works:
Like most subscription products, with Velocity Inventory you pre-pay for your monthly service. On the first of each month Velocity Inventory creates your monthly invoice. This is comprised of the number of subscriptions you have purchased for the coming month, as well as any extras you may have purchased during the last month. Things like an extra hour of professional services, or maybe we printed some location labels for you. We take these charges and create an invoice, which we send to the Google Checkout service. The invoice is now ready for you to pay. There are two simple ways to pay your monthly invoice. We will send you an email each month with a link to your invoice, or alternatively, you can simply go to the Administrative page within Velocity Inventory and select Invoices. There you will see a list of your past invoices, as well as the new invoice that needs to be paid. Either way, when you click on your new invoice link, you will be taken to Google Checkout, where you can easily and safely pay your bill. We never request your financial information. That is all handled securely through Google. Once paid, Google notifies us and we update your account to show your monthly payment has been received. Extremely simple and fast!
