If you prefer a more personal technical support experience, Warehouse Management ES Consulting Services may be the answer. We provide comprehensive post-implementation technical support for the WMES Desktop and Mobile Bar Code Scanner processes. Support agents are solely dedicated to WMES support, which means a quick understanding and resolution of your issue.
We offer call or email response within 2 hours for most calls.
The hours of operation are8:00 AM to 5:00 PMMountain Time, Monday through Friday.
Support services are billed in 15 minutes increments and are purchased in 2-hour blocks. A 2-hour block of pre-paid technical support is priced at $200.
Our technical support focuses on providing a timely response to your calls and resolving your WMES issues quickly. Our knowledgeable agents will work hard to get you and your business back up and running as soon as possible.
